Fantastic service updates on delivery and arrived on time

I have used Plumb World twice in the last 2 weeks, they will now always be the first place I go to look for anything to do with plumbing, bathrooms etc. Their prices are very competitive and the delivery is quick, excellent packaging so no damage, they use DHL to deliver who give you an hours time slot on day of delivery which is very convenient- definitely recommend them

Brilliant delivery time! It does what says in the tin. I have tried to buy the same product from Homebase first... what a disaster. My order shows there as still processing after 4 weeks (even with me cancelling it over the phone twice). Plumbworld is by far a much more competent and reliable retailer.

The items received were of a very high standard and I am very happy. Unfortunately, delivery dates of the shower tray changed twice, so had to be cancelled and ordered elsewhere.

Missing parts from boxed Mira shower Now my project has stopped because of it.

My experience with Plumbworld has been very positive both for purchasing & communication. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy.I will continue to check this company out first for any future needs.

Fantastic serviceI ordered all my new bathroom fittings, shower and tiles, unfortunately 2 things came damaged, but replacements were sent out straight away, can't fault the service so far.

Ordered a tap. Had all the jazz; a timer saying order before 2 hrs was up for next day delivery etc etc. So what did I do? I ordered it because I needed it urgently and it was competitively priced. Did I get it next day? No. No communication from plumbworld didn’t help either.UPDATE 1 (Order 102562634)Yesterday (3 days after placing the order) I had received a despatch email, and tracking tells me item will not be delivered until Saturday!! That's a whole week late!!!! What a complete joke.UPDATE 2I had received a reply to my complaint. This is hysterical; Apparently the reason why I didn't receive the order was because the warehouse is closed at the weekend. Please remember I ordered it on the Friday. Also, the reason why I am getting it the following Saturday (not the Saturday I opted for and was offered) is because 'I' chose a Saturday delivery!!!!!!! Give me strength.UPDATE 3No reply from Abigail. No reply from customer services at all. Just have to wait until Saturday (a week late). Can't finish the job until it has arrived. This is unfair. Not even a sorry for their error. Can’t be trusted.
